Using make-up as our masks

I thought this might be a good, not-too-deep way for you to keep your self-exploration muscles engaged this weekend.

I stirred up something juicy over at Everyday Feminism, and it’s right in line with what we talk about over here too: questioning our own motives, exploring our own voices, and refining our life design until we get (and stay) to the core of our authentic selves.

Oddly enough, make-up, and our decisions as women to wear or not wear it, offers opportunities to do all of the above.
